We have a 14-day return policy for shipping damage only, which means you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if it was damaged during transit.
Eligibility for Return
- Returns are only accepted for items damaged during shipping.
- Proof of shipping damage (such as clear photos of the item and packaging) is required.
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them.
How to Start a Return
Email us at vogelhausstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Packaging Guidelines
Please ensure your return is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
Recommended steps:
- Use a sturdy box that fits the item snugly
- Wrap the piece in bubble wrap or soft padding
- Fill empty spaces with packing material
- Seal the box tightly with strong tape
- Mark the package as Fragile
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the damage is proven to have occurred during transit. In that case, we will cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Handcrafted Variations
Each Vogelhaus Studio piece is handmade and unique, so replacements may vary slightly in color, shape, or finish. We’ll always provide the closest match possible.
Shipping Restrictions
We only ship within the United States. Orders placed with a non-U.S. shipping address will be canceled and refunded.
